Previous/Next buttons with the publication (document) view – both split screen with the results list or with the full document on the screen.

image
Citation Link Document Retrieval – Instead of running a separate search for the document being linked to and layering that over the document being reviewed you can now open a dialog box with the linked document which can be quickly scrolled through, reviewed, and then closed, returning you to the source document in the background on the screen which is where you were before clicking on the citation.

image
Updated Search History - You can now combine multiple queries from the search history page. Also, search history now has 2 new columns – one for an auto-generated query name that corresponds to the date run and the number in the sequence of searches run that day for that search, and one for the authorities each query was run against).

Citations can now be copied to a folder.
image
Search Language Preference - Under “Language Settings” on the Preferences tab there is a new “Search language(s)” option so that you can set this instead of having to enter the country code as part of a search query to search in that language. image
CSV upload document retrieval & export - On the Downloads page, click on the image icon, choose the format (file type) you want the documents exported in, then click on “browse” to open the file path on your computer, choose the appropriate CSV file and click “Open”.

Text filters in Folders – all the same fields as in TotalPatent, except they load instantly. When the Folders tab is chosen the folders will automatically come back in the split screen view except now you can choose to toggle back and forth between the folder structure and the text filters by using the image and image icons.

image

You now have a new choice in exporting documents – the ability to export machine translations into English language PDFs, simply choose “Export to PDF” and “Display language”.

Example: German document downloaded in English
